# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups water
02 - 2 cups uncooked instant rice
03 - 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
04 - 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
05 - 1 pound processed cheese food, cubed
06 - 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
07 - 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
08 - 1 cup milk
09 - ¼ cup butter, cubed
10 - 1 small white onion, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
03 - In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the prepared rice, chicken, broccoli, processed cheese, mushroom soup, chicken soup, milk, butter, and onion.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure the cheese melts evenly.
