Broccoli Salad Summer Dish (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 6 cups broccoli florets, broken into bite-size pieces
02 - 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
03 - ⅔ cup chopped craisins (dried cranberries)
04 - ⅔ cup diced red onion
05 - ⅔ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
06 - ½ cup sunflower kernels

→ Dressing

07 - 1¼ cups mayonnaise
08 - ½ cup sour cream
09 - 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
10 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
12 - ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Break the broccoli into bite-size florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped craisins, diced red onion, crumbled bacon, and sunflower kernels to the bowl with the broccoli.
03 - In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until evenly coated.
05 - Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
