Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

Place pork chops in a large oiled baking dish, leaving space between each chop.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over each pork chop, then place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each chop.

Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over all pork chops.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes until chops are golden brown and caramelized.
