Brown Sugar Pork Chops (Print)

Juicy pork chops glazed with brown sugar, butter, soy and Worcestershire sauce, baked until golden and caramelized.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 thick pork chops (2.5 cm/1 inch thick)
02 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
03 - 4 tablespoons butter
04 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - Place pork chops in a large oiled baking dish, leaving space between each chop.
03 - Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over each pork chop, then place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each chop.
04 - Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over all pork chops.
05 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
06 - Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes until chops are golden brown and caramelized.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, allow pork chops to come to room temperature before cooking.
02 - Internal temperature should reach 63°C (145°F) for medium doneness.
