Brown Sugar Pork Chops (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 thick-cut pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
02 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon butter

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Rub seasoning mix generously over both sides of the pork chops.
04 - In a hot skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
05 - Transfer chops to a baking dish and pour any pan juices on top. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
