3 Ingredient Brownie Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 9x13 pan baked fudge brownies.
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 16 oz white chocolate melting wafers.
04 - Chocolate sprinkles for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Bake brownies according to box directions and cool completely. Remove and discard edges.
02 - Crumble brownies in food processor. Add cream cheese and pulse until fully mixed.
03 - Scoop tablespoon portions onto lined sheet. Freeze 20-30 minutes.
04 - Roll chilled mixture into 1-inch balls, return to freezer 10 minutes.
05 - Microwave white chocolate in 30 second burst, then 15 second intervals, stirring between each.
06 - Coat each ball in white chocolate, tap off excess, add sprinkles before setting.
07 - Keep in freezer, let sit 5 minutes at room temp before serving.

01 - Use only soft brownie centers.
02 - Must chill between steps.
03 - Add toppings while chocolate is wet.
