# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 700g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
02 - 240ml hot sauce (Buffalo style)
03 - 100g unsalted butter, melted
04 - 200g shredded provolone cheese
05 - 150g shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 50g crumbled blue cheese
07 - 4 hoagie rolls or sub rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat or bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until fully cooked. Let it cool slightly and shred with two forks.
02 - Combine the melted butter and hot sauce. Adjust the heat level by adding more or less hot sauce based on your preference.
03 - In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce until coated evenly.
04 - Place the Buffalo chicken mixture onto the hoagie rolls. Top with shredded provolone, mozzarella, and crumbled blue cheese.
05 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking tray and toast for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite sides or dipping sauces.

# Notes:

01 - For a milder version, reduce the amount of hot sauce or use a mild hot sauce.
02 - Letting the sandwiches sit for a few minutes before slicing allows the cheese to set properly.
