3-Ingredient Butter Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup softened and slightly melted butter
02 - 1 cup powdered sugar
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
03 - Roll the dough into small balls, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter, and place them 5 cm (2 inches) apart on the prepared baking sheets. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork or the bottom of a glass to create a decorative pattern.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of salt to the dough.
02 - Store these cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
