360ml heavy cream

# Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until well browned on both sides, approximately 4–5 minutes. Transfer sausage to a plate and set aside.

Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Return the sausage to the pan and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
