Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 cup caramel bits or soft caramels.
05 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
06 - 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars.
07 - 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
08 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
09 - Extra Butterfinger pieces for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into lined 8x8 pan. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
02 - Melt caramels with cream. Pour over crust.
03 - Sprinkle crushed Butterfingers over caramel.
04 - Melt chocolate with butter, spread over bars.
05 - Cool 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate 2 hours.

01 - Stores 5 days at room temp.
02 - Can refrigerate up to a week.
03 - Use parchment for easy removal.
