Steep butterfly pea flowers or tea bag in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature.

If desired, stir in honey or sweetener while tea is still warm until dissolved.

Froth the milk using a milk frother, by shaking in a sealed jar, or blending until foamy.

Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in the cooled tea, then slowly add the frothy milk for a layered effect.

Optional: Add lemon juice to watch the blue tea transform to purple. Garnish with butterfly pea flowers if desired.
