California Harvest Fall Sangria (Print)

Enjoy a delightful fall beverage with red wine, fruits, and sparkling orange soda for a refreshing twist.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 bottle red wine (750 ml)
02 - 14 oz sparkling blood orange soda
03 - 5 oz pear brandy

→ Fruits

04 - 1 ½ cups red seedless grapes
05 - 1 cup fresh figs, halved
06 - 1 cup pear slices
07 - ½ cup apple slices
08 - ½ cup blackberries
09 - 1 orange, sliced into wheels
10 - Extra fruit for garnish

# Directions:

01 - In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the grapes, figs, pears, apples, oranges, blackberries, and red wine.
02 - Gently press some of the fruit against the sides of the pitcher using a wooden spoon to release flavor.
03 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 6 hours for a deeper infusion.
04 - Before serving, stir in the sparkling blood orange soda and pear brandy.
05 - Pour over ice and garnish each glass with a mix of the soaked fruit for a colorful fall presentation.
