Chai Eggnog Mocktail (Print)

Warm chai spice meets creamy eggnog in a festive drink.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chai tea bags
02 - 1 cup water
03 - 2 cinnamon sticks
04 - 1.5 cups eggnog, store-bought or homemade
05 - 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
06 - 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
08 - Whipped cream for topping (optional)
09 - Extra nutmeg or cinnamon for topping (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Heat the water in a small saucepan until hot but not boiling. Add the chai tea bags and cinnamon sticks, then steep for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and cinnamon sticks.
02 - Whisk in eggnog, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract if using. Warm the mixture gently, making sure it does not boil.
03 - Pour the mixture into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a light dusting of ground nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
