Cheddar Bay Beef Cobbler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
02 - 1 yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

→ Sauce

04 - 10.5 ounces condensed cheddar soup
05 - 10.5 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

→ Biscuit Topping

08 - 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 2 cups milk
11 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
12 - Fresh chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
02 - Add soups, milk, and 1 cup cheese to beef. Stir until combined.
03 - Transfer to 9x13 dish, top with remaining cheese.
04 - Mix biscuit mix with cheese and milk until smooth. Pour over beef mixture.
05 - Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes until topping is browned.
06 - Brush with seasoned butter mixture, rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley.

01 - Let rest to allow filling to thicken
02 - Save seasoning packet from biscuit mix for butter topping
03 - Can be made ahead and reheated
