Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls (Print)

Quick and easy sausage balls made with Cheddar Bay biscuit mix and two kinds of cheese. Perfect for breakfast, brunch or appetizers.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (11.36 ounces).
02 - 1 pound ground sausage.
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.

# Directions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine biscuit mix with its seasoning packet, sausage, cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix on low speed just until combined.
03 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
04 - Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.

# Notes:

01 - Can add cheese cubes to centers for extra cheese.
02 - Yield depends on size of balls.
