07 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the shredded zucchini, diced chives, eggs, sour cream, and cooled melted butter until well combined.
03 - Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir it in.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
05 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Avoid overmixing.
06 - Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
07 - Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
