Cheesy Avocado Caprese Platter (Print)

A vibrant Caprese platter with avocado, tomatoes, and mozzarella.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Components

01 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (mix red and yellow if available)
02 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls (bocconcini)
03 - 2 ripe avocados, sliced
04 - 2 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
07 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
10 - 10 fresh basil leaves, torn

# Directions:

01 - Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into equal pieces.
02 - Cut cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
03 - Arrange the halved tomatoes, fresh mozzarella pearls, and sliced avocados on a large serving platter.
04 - Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
05 - Garnish with torn basil leaves and serve fresh. Optionally, accompany with toasted bread.
