# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Veggies

02 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
04 - 1 onion, sliced

→ Flavor

05 - 1 packet fajita seasoning
06 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Finish

07 - 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, mix olive oil with fajita seasoning. Add the chicken and toss until fully coated.
03 - Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Top with sliced peppers and onions.
04 - Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over everything.
05 - Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
06 - Serve as-is or pair with warm tortillas, rice, or a side of sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
