In a bowl mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, paprika, tikka seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.

Heat a pan on medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.

Place a tortilla on a pan. Add a layer of cheese, then cooked chicken, then more cheese on top. Cover with another tortilla or fold in half.

Cook on medium heat with a little butter or oil. Press gently and cook until golden, crispy, and cheese fully melted. Flip and cook the other side.

Cut into slices and serve hot with garlic sauce, salsa, or sour cream.
