Cheesy Chicken Tikka Quesadilla (Print)

Indulge in a cheesy, spicy chicken tikka dish that's crispy and melts in every bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Tikka Filling

01 - 300 g boneless chicken, small cubes
02 - 45 g thick yogurt
03 - 15 g lemon juice
04 - 15 g oil
05 - 5 g garlic paste
06 - 5 g ginger paste
07 - 5 g paprika
08 - 5 g tikka seasoning
09 - 3 g salt
10 - 2 g black pepper

→ Quesadilla

11 - 4 medium flour tortillas
12 - 150 g shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
13 - 15 g butter or oil for toasting

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, paprika, tikka seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.
02 - Heat a pan on medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
03 - Place a tortilla on a pan. Add a layer of cheese, then cooked chicken, then more cheese on top. Cover with another tortilla or fold in half.
04 - Cook on medium heat with a little butter or oil. Press gently and cook until golden, crispy, and cheese fully melted. Flip and cook the other side.
05 - Cut into slices and serve hot with garlic sauce, salsa, or sour cream.
