Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup creamy mayonnaise.
03 - 1/4 cup fresh sour cream.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 12 ounces drained canned crab meat.
08 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives.
10 - 1 minced garlic clove.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 350°F and gather all ingredients.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce until light and creamy using an electric mixer.
03 - Mix in crab meat, Parmesan, 2/3 cup mozzarella, chives, garlic, and pepper until well combined.
04 - Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake for 25 minutes until bubbling.
05 - Top with extra chives and crushed wontons if desired, serve hot.
