Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Rollups

01 - 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional

→ For the Garlic Butter

05 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
09 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Optional Dipping Sauces

10 - Marinara sauce
11 - Garlic herb sauce
12 - Ranch dressing
13 - Spicy ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set aside.
02 - Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each slice of bread until thin and even. This helps the rollups stay sealed and crispy.
03 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly across the bottom third of each bread slice. Roll the bread tightly from the cheese side up to form a log. Seal the edge with a little melted butter if needed.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Mix well to infuse the butter with flavor.
05 - Place each rollup seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside. If using an air fryer, cook at 360°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
06 - Let cool for a minute, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
