07 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
09 - Marinara sauce (for dipping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth and creamy.
03 - Place a teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center of a pepperoni slice, then top it with another slice of pepperoni to form a mini sandwich.
