01 - 2 pounds ground beef
02 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1 onion, finely chopped

05 - 2 eggs

06 - 1/2 cup ketchup
07 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Topping

10 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
11 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly incorporated.
03 - Press the meatloaf mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
04 - Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the meatloaf mixture.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
06 - Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots.
07 - Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
