# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
03 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
04 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 3 tablespoons butter
06 - 3 cloves minced garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
08 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through. In a bowl, combine mushrooms, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to create the stuffing mixture.
03 - Fill each chicken breast pocket with the prepared mushroom and cheese mixture.
04 - In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - Transfer the seared chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each chicken breast. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure chicken is at room temperature before stuffing.
