Cheesy Penne Garlic Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz penne pasta
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
08 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - 1/2 cup beef broth
10 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
04 - Season the beef with onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
05 - Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
06 - Reduce heat to low and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Mix until melted and smooth.
07 - Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the cheesy garlic butter sauce.
08 - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
