# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F).
02 - Dust a large surface with flour and roll out each pizza crust into a rectangular shape.
03 - Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning evenly across each rolled-out crust.
04 - Distribute the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses along with the diced pepperoni evenly over the crusts, leaving a 1.25 cm (½ inch) border around the edges.
05 - Starting from one of the short ends, carefully roll each crust into a tight log shape.
06 - Using a serrated knife or sharp pizza cutter, slice each log into 2.5 cm (1-inch) sections.
07 - Arrange pizza rolls on a lightly greased baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
08 - Serve immediately with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure the rolls are placed with the cut side facing up on the baking sheet.
02 - Allow the rolls to cool for 1-2 minutes before serving to prevent burning.
