01 - 450g ground beef (or ground turkey/plant-based alternative)

→ Main Components

02 - 2 cups frozen tater tots
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
05 - 6 large flour tortilla wraps

→ Sauces & Condiments

06 - 120ml sour cream
07 - 60ml Taco Bell chipotle sauce
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Optional Garnishes

09 - Diced tomatoes
10 - Chopped green onions
11 - Fresh cilantro

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven and cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once fully cooked, drain excess grease.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crispy tater tots (slightly crushed), shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded monterey jack cheese until well incorporated.
04 - Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to enhance pliability.
05 - Spoon a generous portion of filling onto the center of each tortilla. Drizzle with chipotle sauce and add a dollop of sour cream.
06 - Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then fold the bottom up and roll tightly to form a secure burrito.
07 - Place the assembled burritos in a baking dish, sprinkle with additional shredded cheese, and bake until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
08 - Remove burritos from the oven. If desired, garnish with diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and cilantro. Serve hot with extra sour cream and chipotle sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - For a crispier exterior, brush the burritos with a light coating of oil before the final baking.
02 - These burritos can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before the final baking step.
