Brown the ground beef in a small skillet over medium heat. Once fully cooked, drain the grease, add 1/4 cup of water and taco seasoning, then stir. Cook until the liquid evaporates, about 1-2 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned taco meat, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mash everything together with a fork until well incorporated. Add salt to taste.

Divide the filling evenly between the two tortillas, spreading it to the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.

Roll each tortilla tightly. Trim the edges with a sharp knife and slice each roll into five equally sized pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 190°C for 5 minutes. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking if necessary.
