Cheesy Taco Pinwheels Snack (Print Version)

01 - 225g ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
03 - 60g cream cheese
04 - 60g sour cream
05 - 50g shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 2 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a small skillet over medium heat. Once fully cooked, drain the grease, add 1/4 cup of water and taco seasoning, then stir. Cook until the liquid evaporates, about 1-2 minutes.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned taco meat, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mash everything together with a fork until well incorporated. Add salt to taste.
03 - Divide the filling evenly between the two tortillas, spreading it to the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly. Trim the edges with a sharp knife and slice each roll into five equally sized pinwheels.
05 - Arrange the pinwheels in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 190°C for 5 minutes. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking if necessary.
