Cheesy Taco Sticks Snack (Print)

Golden taco sticks oozing cheese with spiced beef. Irresistibly delicious!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix
03 - 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
04 - 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
05 - 4 tbsp butter, melted
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp dried parsley

# Directions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain any excess fat.
03 - Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the packet instructions. Stir to combine and set aside.
04 - Roll out the Pillsbury Pizza Dough on a floured surface and cut it into 10 equal rectangles.
05 - Spoon some of the seasoned ground beef onto each rectangle, then place a halved cheese stick on top.
06 - Roll the dough around the beef and cheese, sealing the edges by pinching them together. Place the sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and dried parsley in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the top of each taco stick.
08 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
09 - Let the cheesy taco sticks cool slightly before serving.
