Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn variety)
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
03 - ¼ cup unsalted butter
04 - ½ cup cherry gelatin mix
05 - ½ cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 package (3.5 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
07 - 1 cup dried cherries, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Place Chex cereal in large bowl and set aside.
02 - Microwave white chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Mix in cherry gelatin.
03 - Pour cherry-chocolate mixture over cereal, gently fold until evenly coated.
04 - Mix powdered sugar and cheesecake pudding mix in large zip-top bag. Add coated cereal and shake until covered.
05 - Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet to cool. Once cooled, stir in chopped dried cherries.
