Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled coupe or rocks glass and set aside.

Add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, cherry liqueur, Irish cream, rose syrup, and milk to a blender. Blend for 15–20 seconds until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or rose flavor as needed.

Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass. Optionally, shake the mixture with ice and fine strain for an extra cold finish. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately.
