01 - 32 ounces frozen potato tots
02 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
03 - 1 cup sour cream
04 - 2/3 cup ranch dressing
05 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix
06 - 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
08 - 5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
09 - 4 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
10 - 1 1/4 cups cooked and crumbled bacon
11 - Sliced scallions, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Spread the potato tots onto a large baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Reduce oven temperature to 375°F.
03 - While the potato tots cook, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing, ranch dressing mix, black pepper, and granulated garlic in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Fold in the rotisserie chicken, Cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of the cooked bacon until fully coated in the mixture.
04 - Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer. Top evenly with the cooked potato tots.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven at 375°F until bubbling around the edges, about 30 to 35 minutes.
06 - Sprinkle evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup of cooked bacon and garnish with sliced scallions. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, bake potato tots directly on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
