Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta (Print)

A hearty, flavorful salad with chicken, bacon, veggies, and ranch dressing.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 16 ounces cooked rotini pasta or 12 ounces tri-colored rotini
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
03 - 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
04 - 1 English cucumber or 1 celery stalk, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley

→ Seasoning

06 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Other Ingredients

10 - 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
11 - 1 cup sliced cheddar cheese or American cheese
12 - 6 strips cooked bacon, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package directions or using an Instant Pot. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water.
02 - Add pasta, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, tomatoes, cucumber or celery, and parsley to a large mixing bowl.
03 - Pour in ranch dressing, cheese, and half of the bacon. Mix thoroughly. Top with remaining bacon and additional parsley, if desired.
04 - Cover the salad and refrigerate until ready to serve. If necessary, add more dressing before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use enough ranch dressing to make the salad creamy; you may need to adjust the quantity based on the dressing’s consistency.
02 - For variations, substitute cucumber or celery with chopped red onions, or use your favorite cheese. Cheese can also be omitted if desired.
