Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin until very thin and easy to fold. Set aside.

Mix chicken, onions, peppers, garlic powder, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Place some chicken filling on each flattened bread slice.

Roll bread over filling tightly, using toothpicks to hold if needed.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Dip each roll in beaten egg. Place rolls in pan, leaving space between each.

Cook each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool a few minutes before serving.
