Savory Chicken Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough.
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken, pulled into small pieces.
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella).
05 - 1/2 cup chopped spinach or peppers (if desired).
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - Salt and black pepper to taste.
09 - 1 egg, beaten for brushing.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on oven to 375°F and let it warm up.
02 - Combine chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, vegetables if using, and all seasonings in a bowl.
03 - Open crescent dough and lay triangles flat. Put a spoonful of filling on the wide end.
04 - Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, making sure edges are sealed well.
05 - Place rolls on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
