01 - 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
02 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
03 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 25 grams Parmesan, finely grated
06 - 65 grams all purpose flour
07 - 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts

→ Garlicky Cream Sauce

08 - 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 60 milliliters heavy cream
12 - 115 grams unsalted butter

# Directions:

01 - Lay parchment on your baking sheet. Preheat oven to 200°C.
02 - Mix flour, onion powder, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge chicken breasts in the mixture until completely coated.
03 - Place the coated chicken onto the lined baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
04 - Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens to a velvety consistency.
05 - Transfer the baked chicken to serving plates. Pour the garlic cream sauce generously over the top.
