Chicken Lazone Creamy Pasta (Print)

Succulent chicken strips in a velvety cream sauce, seasoned with Italian herbs and spices, served over tender pasta.

# Ingredients:

→ Spice Blend

01 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 0.5 teaspoon ground white pepper
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste

→ Main Ingredients

06 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
07 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
08 - 480 ml heavy cream
09 - 340 g spaghetti or linguini
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, white pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 30 cm stainless steel skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips, season with half the spice blend, and sear for about 3 minutes until golden.
04 - Flip chicken strips, sprinkle over the remaining spice blend, and continue cooking for 2–3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
05 - Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the heavy cream to the skillet. Use a spatula to scrape any browned bits from the base, then bring sauce to a gentle boil.
06 - Reduce heat to low and simmer for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened slightly.
07 - Plate the cooked pasta and top with chicken and sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
