In a large bowl, add chicken mince, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, cornflour, and ice water. Mix well until it becomes a smooth, slightly sticky mixture.

Take small portions and shape them into nuggets, either oval or round as preferred.

First coat each nugget in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Arrange nuggets on a tray and freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.

Transfer the frozen nuggets into an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 30 days.
