Chicken Nuggets Frozen Treat (Print)

Quick and easy frozen chicken nuggets for a crispy, crowd-pleasing snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Nugget mixture

01 - 1 kg chicken mince
02 - 3 tsp salt (18 g)
03 - 1½ tsp white pepper (8 g)
04 - 1 tbsp garlic powder (10 g)
05 - 8 tbsp ice water (120 ml)
06 - 7 tbsp cornflour (100 g)
07 - 1 cup breadcrumbs (150 g)

→ Coating

08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g / 8 tbsp)
09 - 2 eggs
10 - 2 tbsp water
11 - 1½ cups breadcrumbs (180 g)

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, add chicken mince, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, cornflour, and ice water. Mix well until it becomes a smooth, slightly sticky mixture.
02 - Take small portions and shape them into nuggets, either oval or round as preferred.
03 - First coat each nugget in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
04 - Arrange nuggets on a tray and freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
05 - Transfer the frozen nuggets into an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 30 days.
06 - When ready to eat, deep fry the nuggets directly from frozen in medium-hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
