01 - 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
02 - 3 cups cooked white rice
03 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
04 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1 large onion, sliced

→ Seasonings and Sauces

06 - 2 tablespoons oil
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
13 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
14 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
15 - 1 tablespoon butter

# Directions:

01 - Toss the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt to coat each piece evenly.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown with slightly seared spots.
03 - Add the remaining oil and butter to the skillet. Cook the onion, red pepper, and yellow pepper until soft and lightly caramelized.
04 - Stir in the garlic, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Return the chicken to the pan and toss everything to coat in the sauce.
05 - Divide the cooked white rice into bowls. Top with the chicken, peppers, and onions for serving.
