Chicken Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 5-6 cups mashed potatoes
02 - 1 cup corn
03 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated

→ Topping

04 - 8 chicken tenders (frozen or homemade)
05 - Brown gravy (homemade or packet)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. If using frozen chicken, let sit at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing.
02 - Spread warm mashed potatoes in 9x13 baking dish. Top with corn and cheese.
03 - Slice chicken tenders into desired size pieces and arrange on top.
04 - Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes (15 for homemade chicken, 20 for frozen).
05 - Prepare gravy while casserole bakes. Drizzle over finished casserole before serving.
