Lay one tortilla flat. Add a layer of cheese, seasoned chicken, and creamy sauce. Add another light layer of cheese on top as a binding agent before folding the tortilla in half.

Place the folded quesadilla in a greased skillet. Toast for 3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden-brown and the cheese is melted.
