Chocolate Cherry Old Fashioned (Print)
A rich bourbon cocktail with cherry liqueur and chocolate bitters, enhanced by brandied cherries and orange peel.

2 oz bourbon

0.25 oz cherry liqueur
03 -
2 dashes chocolate bitters
04 -
1 sugar cube
05 -
2 brandied cherries

1 orange peel

1 large ice cube or several smaller cubes
# Directions:

Drop the sugar cube into the bottom of your mixing glass. Add chocolate bitters and a splash of water then muddle until mostly dissolved.

Pour in the cherry liqueur and bourbon. Add ice and stir for 20-30 seconds until cold.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with brandied cherries and a twist of orange peel.
