# Ingredients:

01 - 40 pretzel rods.
02 - 16 ounces high-quality chocolate.
03 - 1/2 batch homemade caramel or 1 bag store-bought caramels.

# Instructions:

01 - Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Make or melt caramel and let cool 15 minutes.
02 - Coat pretzels in caramel using a spoon, let excess drip off. Place on parchment and reshape caramel if needed.
03 - Melt chocolate in microwave at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
04 - Pour melted chocolate in tall glass. Dip caramel-coated pretzels and smooth with spoon if needed.
05 - Add any toppings while chocolate is wet. Let set completely before removing from parchment.
