Valentine's Chocolate Brownie Hearts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownies

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
06 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon baking powder

→ Chocolate Dip

09 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
10 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
11 - ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

→ Optional Decorations

12 - Sprinkles or edible glitter
13 - White chocolate for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk melted butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift and fold in dry ingredients until combined.
02 - Pour batter into greased 9x9 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until done. Cool completely.
03 - Use heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut cooled brownies into hearts.
04 - Microwave chocolate chips and oil in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir in vanilla if using.
05 - Dip brownie hearts in melted chocolate. Add sprinkles if desired. Let set on parchment paper about 30 minutes.
