Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
06 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
07 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

→ Swirl

09 - 1 cup marshmallow fluff

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl.
02 - Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
03 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
04 - Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Chill dough for 1 hour.
05 - Roll into balls, make indents, fill with marshmallow fluff and swirl. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Let cookies cool 5 minutes on pan before moving
02 - Can add extra marshmallow halfway through baking
03 - Avoid overmixing dough
