Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 Brownie Mix (8x8 inch size)
02 - 1 pound strawberries, stemmed and halved

→ Ganache

03 - 1½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
04 - ¾ cup heavy cream (up to 1 cup if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare brownie mix according to package directions in 8x8 inch pan. Cool completely.
02 - Arrange halved strawberries in single layer on brownies, cut side up.
03 - Heat chocolate and cream in microwave in short intervals, stirring between each until smooth and glossy.
04 - Pour ganache over strawberries. Chill 20-30 minutes until set. Serve within one day.

03 - Can use other berries
