Christmas Popcorn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 cups stovetop popcorn.
02 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar.
04 - 1/3 cup light corn syrup.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
07 - Red and green food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare stovetop popcorn and divide between two large bowls.
02 - Preheat oven to 250°F and spray two 9x13 pans.
03 - Melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup together until boiling.
04 - Boil mixture for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
05 - Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.
06 - Divide caramel and color one portion red, one green.
07 - Quickly pour colored caramel over separate bowls of popcorn.
08 - Transfer to prepared pans and bake 45 minutes.
09 - Stir every 15 minutes while baking.
10 - Cool completely before serving or packaging.
