→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 2 cups milk
06 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
07 - 1 beaten egg
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Decorations

09 - 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles, plus more for topping
10 - Whipped cream
11 - 12 fresh strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
02 - Pour in milk, vegetable oil, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then gently fold in the Christmas sprinkles.
03 - Heat a greased griddle over medium heat. Pour batter to make 4-inch pancakes. When bubbles form on top, flip and cook until golden brown.
04 - Top each pancake with a swirl of whipped cream, place a strawberry in the center, and add a dollop of whipped cream on top to create a Santa hat effect.
