01 - 8 slices thick-cut brioche bread
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1 cup whole milk
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

# Directions:

01 - Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - In a shallow bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and whole milk until well combined. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Place a spoonful of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the center of 4 bread slices. Top with the remaining 4 bread slices to create 4 churro-stuffed sandwiches.
