Cinnamon Apple Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
05 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - 1/2 cup milk.
09 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
10 - 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
11 - 1 large apple, peeled and chopped.
12 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
14 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
15 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
16 - 2 tablespoons water.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F, prep 8.5x4.5" loaf pan.
02 - Whisk dry ingredients.
03 - Beat butter, sugar, vanilla until pale.
04 - Add eggs one at a time.
05 - Alternate adding flour mix and milk.
06 - Mix apple filling ingredients.
07 - Layer: batter, apple mix, swirl gently.
08 - Top with remaining batter and apple mix.
09 - Add cinnamon-sugar topping.
10 - Bake 45-55 minutes until done.
11 - Cool 15-20 minutes, add glaze.

01 - Cut apples small-medium dice.
02 - Don't over-swirl layers.
03 - Use parchment sling for easy removal.
04 - Keeps 2-3 days at room temp.
