01 - 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 2 tablespoons butter

07 - Powdered sugar
08 - Maple syrup or reserved icing from cinnamon rolls

# Directions:

01 - Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Cut each cinnamon roll into bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
03 - Dip each cinnamon roll bite into the egg mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
04 - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the coated cinnamon roll bites to the skillet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Remove the bites from the skillet and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle with the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls or maple syrup. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy warm.
